As an investor who purchased real estate in Portugal with the hopes of obtaining a golden visa, I am deeply disappointed by the recent changes to the program. I had planned to use my investment to secure a better future for my family, but now I’m left uncertain about what lies ahead. The new regulations have left me feeling frustrated and unsure about whether or not I will even be able to obtain the visa I was promised. It’s a tough pill to swallow after putting so much trust and money into the program. I hope that the government will reconsider the changes and honor the commitments made to investors like me.
